Cunha not as volatile as people think. The incident after Ipswich not typical, football can take you to places sometimes. Security chap whose glasses were broken has forgiven him and has forgiven me! Chris keeps me in line, good servant to the club. All work behind the scenes is massive for us, academy etc, everything else is what makes this club for us.
