I’ve tried to secure my ST seat several times but the system won’t allow me to see my seat or buy it. Anyone else have an issue? I’ll lose the privilege at 9am tomorrow!

Mine worked fine, need to click on the buy my seat option.

You can’t select your actual seat as it’s reserved for you.

You need to click the purchase your seat button.

Thanks, I’ve done that but after Purchase your seat, it didn’t give me an option to buy, just a Proceed button that took me back to the home ticket page. If nobody else has an issue I’ll sort it with the ticket office tomorrow

You need to click on the little button to the left of your ticket - otherwise it goes back to the home screen.

I make the same mistake every time.....

I purchased mine OK, but it won't transfer to my wallet. Keeps telling me:
"Your pass is being generated"
"This usually takes a few minutes.....etc etc"

I think the problem was caused because I tried doing it whilst on a train and the internet connection was dodgy, but I've cleared my wallet cache and tried again.
Tried loading from the email and from "my Tickets" Same result.

Ticket office is going to be busy ......
