I would hope the players are sensible enough not to read this, or at least not care about what a bunch of random people think on a forum. This is a forum to discuss football, so only allowing people to post positive things would make the place a bit pointless.

Not saying there just has to be positive things, but the tirade and player slagging off after we haven't won is tiresome. Esp when people just seem to want to do nothing other than be negative. Maybe that is unexpected realisation - it's the PL, we are not going to win every game but we are in a much better place than two years ago and people really should see that. We have a whole new team virtually who will take a bit of time to gel
Maybe I just like to see the positive! We are in the PL, playing in the best league in the world, going to some incredible stadiums and building memories. Way better than being in the Championship, but it won't be easy, but nothing to say we can't do a Brentford, Bournemouth or Brighton, but it will take time and patience | | | |

I agree that the fans on here can be harsh when we lose.
The reality is, even our best players will be inconsistent or have obvious weaknesses. Otherwise, they wouldn't be playing for us. It's why I don't really comment on players after one bad performance unless they're lazy or do something stupid like getting sent off for diving (not that I've not commented on that dive).
I was accused by many of being negative about our tactics vs Man U and Liverpool, and many things I didn't say. I think we played into their hands. I do think people should be allowed to point out things we do wrong without people attacking them (I know that's not what you're doing).
I do agree overal everything is positive. It's been a decent start; the squad is strong enough, and I am sure we will stay up. I was a season ticket holder when we got promoted under Burley in 2000. I honestly thought we wouldn't ever get back in the Premier League, or have the quality players we had back then again. | | | |
