It’s due to high tides and strong winds.

A flood alert is the lowest of the warnings.

And this indicates that the long term flood risk for Portman Road is low.

https://check-long-term-flood-

I imagine some sort of flooding might be possible at somewhere like Felixstowe Ferry.

Cabbage is truly vile. The worst vegetable out there.

Unless it’s red and in a kebab.

Funny how things come and go out of fashion. It used to be consider'ed the most polite of dowry vegetables, as evidenc'ed by the old courting song:

Daisy, Daisy, give me your answer do,
I'm half crazy, oh for the love of you,
It won't be a stylish marriage;
I can't afford a cabbage,
But you'll still look sweet,
With a carrot up your seat,
When you say to the vicar "I do".

I bought some corned beef from a "budget" supermarket once and it had a massive intact aorta or something in it. Not bought any since but used to love a corned beef hash.

Forgotten how this is related to the OP

Instead of coin toss for kick off , which captain can hold the most cabbages in the centre circle as in crackerjack.Only senior supporters will know what I am on about.

Ah, lovely Savoy cabbage, with plenty of butter.

The only Roman emperor who ever voluntarily retired, Diocletian, actually refused to go back to the job (despite a crisis threatening to undo all his work) because he was enjoying growing cabbages so much.

Good Lord! Whatever is it?

Pickled red cabbage is good with salads or cold meat.
When you fart in the bath and the smell exits the water, it always smells of boiled cabbage. Don't know why.
Germans love cabbage in their cuisine.

Does that 'you' relate to Sitters' bathing emissions specifically, or to any of us? If the former, do you attend all such sessions to sample the 'air'?
