The current predicted Bottom Three 14:52 - Oct 20 with 1942 viewsITFC_Essex

18 Nottingham Forest - 27
19 Sunderland - 22
20 Manchester City* - 14

This means, as things stand, all three promoted teams stay up which would be amazing.

Good to see all the promoted sides holding their own and not in the bottom three. Don’t think we got out of the bottom three two seasons ago. Clearly worse sides than us about.

We were out of it at the start. We had a reasonably good start given our fixtures, it was our failure to kill off some of the winnable games early on, such as Fulham, Manure, even Villa that really hurt us, that and we played like a total turd against Southampton.

I recently watched a recording of the Utd game. We were excellent, particularly in the first half. Despite the criticism they later received, Morsy and Cajuste were superb and ran all over Erikssen and Casemiro. Hutchinson was also fantastic. Should have won the game if it wasn't for two ridiculous saves from Onana.

We did hold our own in many games, but we also ended up with a lot of injuries which ultimately did us in, as we had no depth in the squad.

Having said that, we look ten times better this season already.

Which shows how daft models are, if anyone thinks Hull/Cov will finish above Forest I will happily be their bookie!

Poll: Ok gut feeling then, promotion?

I think you’re giving too much credit to the “model” here.

If Spurs hadn’t won yesterday it would’ve had them relegated with 16 points.

What "model" even is this?

Lol Forest finishing on 20 odd points.

They have just taken the ppg after 7 games and multiplied by 38.

The good news is we’ll finish in the top half.

Hull look to be dropping like a stone now, sadly. Cov have shown they can at least win a game and might do better. But I think the odds of all three of us surviving are pretty slim (only happened 4 times in PL history). Would like to see it though, providing we finish highest.

In hindsight, fine with Hull staying up but really want Cov to scuttle back down with a whimper. Something very dislikable about their fans and manager
