So I can see no feasible reason why we wouldnt do similar to Bournemouth.
Good team yes, probably also the form team of the premier league at this moment in time.
No game in this league is going to be a walk in the park, we are continually having to produce something approaching our best to gain any reward. We need defenders to organise a solid line in front of the goalkeeper , because we will pay a very heavy price if we attempt to treat Bournemouth to the wide open spaces we gave to Hull.
Having said all that , they have had a game in midweek, give that some consideration with the timing of substitutes and we might just pick a few holes to work with , we certainly have players who can produce a moment to make the difference. Let's hope they can do just that. |  | | |  |

I would only count the league games as comparison as cup games are very different and AC Milan were awful yesterday and clubs often don't go full strength for all games |

Where did you get this data from as they are far from correct. A quick look is that they have won 3, drawn 4 whereas we have won 3 and drawn 3 so all they have done is convert one of our defeats into a draw with three goals difference

Remarkable reading this thread and people are expecting us to either lose or get thrashed by Bournemouth.
It begs the question who folk expect us to beat and pick points up from if we are to survive.
We have spent nearly £200 M, appointed a manager with the sole purpose of survival. This is a home game. It s a game we ought to be targeting something from, particularly considering Bournemouth’s travel over recent weeks. I’ll personally be disappointed if we lose this one at home. We have been playing pretty well, have some good players and a decent manager with PL experience, there is nothing to suggest we can’t get something from this. | | | |
