For me this season is now about building for the future. Enjoy the likes of Nydam, Downes, Kenlock, Emmanuel, Mcdonnell et al gaining first team experience and hope that the wrongs of ME's first 8 or so years and the abandonment of the academy have been undone. There's a good crop coming, and undoubtedly a new man (if not a new approach) due at the helm come may.
I don't dislike MM, but this has run its course. We may regret the decision to move on, but IMO we gain nothing from persisting with this from management or ownership. |  | | |

When we can't get results against the teams in the bottom half. Tonight we played a team better than us, which is why they are second in the table.
All a moot point though cos Mick will be gone come May latest. The squeaky bum for us is not the threat of relegation (as it stands), but rather if Mick goes in the winter, and even in May come to that, has Evans and his team of football know-nothings got it about them to implement a fresh, imaginative, and ultimately successful strategy.
