The state of the stock market... on 17:14 - Feb 28 with 812 views | hampstead_blue | I blame weak tea. Proper tea leaves, let it stand for 5 minutes. A small amount of milk. A proper brew and it will all go away. (in context, it's Friday, I'm in London, had to do some work today! but am about to go to the pub, feeling a touch random)
| Assumption is to make an ass out of you and me.
Those who assume they know you, when they don't are just guessing.
Those who assume and insist they know are daft and in denial.
Those who assume, insist, and deny the truth are plain stupid.
Those who assume, insist, deny the truth and tell YOU they know you (when they don't) have an IQ in the range of 35-49.

The state of the stock market... on 17:22 - Feb 28 with 792 views | DanTheMan | From someone who actually knows their stuff at work, apparently it's a combination of not just the coronavirus but also because of because we're coming up to a U.S. election where the outcome is not obvious. If the crisis was happening after November then it wouldn't be as severe. Also the ability of the Government(s) to actually do anything about the crisis is driving some erratic behaviour.

Maybe, we'll have to wait and see what happens if it gets into a country with poor medical provision I guess.
