Have club leadership with a philosophy that underpins style of play and dictates recruitment. Been a joy to watch for several seasons. Fast, passing and attacking football. Clever recruitment and dealings in the transfer market (plenty of successful speculate to accumulate). Not sure I like everything such as Academy policy but a club run with a consistent philosophy. Bet their fans have enjoyed the ride since they made it to the Championship. |  |
