Looks like he got in a right tangle kicking the ball with his standing foot twice! Probably trying to be too clever by the looks of it. There are times a keeper needs to just clear it. | |

Agree completely Nthsuffolkblue, don't take liberties. Sometimes just putting your foot through it is just as effective. | |

The difference is, he did clear in time. Sometimes TV doesn't give a clear impression of how close these things are too.
Holy had 2 moments today. One where he was very lucky having decided to put his foot through the ball but it ricocheted off Dozzell. The other where he came to claim the ball but didn't but the referee adjudged him to have been fouled anyway.
Aside from those, his handling and positioning looked good as far as I can tell and he made a couple of decent saves. | |
