McGuiness has been error prone, Toto much improved this season, but still looks rash.

Also with Dozzell out we need some good distribution from The Wolf forward.

Black mark on Lambert if Wolfenden remains on bench, albeit I don't prescribe to the notion he should have come straight back in.

Woolf and Toto tonight for me - I like the look of McGuiness but he’s struggled in the last couple of games so think it’d make sense to take him out of the firing line for a couple before bringing him back in hungry to make the place his. Think McGavin would look a lot better with Woolf behind him, as he always makes himself available which would give Woolf an out ball, and he’d have Woolf to give it back to if necessary, who is more likely to find a ball forward than Toto or McGuiness, so less likely we’ll play ourselves into a corner when pressed.

McGuiness will be better with Wool beside him.

For me the best pairing we have currently.

I hope you’re right! Would love to see the two of them form a strong partnership as I do think they’re the best we’ve got given the way we’re trying to play.
