for keeping our season tickets, can't be used online. That's a lot of good during a pandemic when the stadium's not open to supporters. And when you don't live in Ipswich.
Another example of the club's incompetence or have they deliberately made it difficult in order to save some money?

The idea was that the vouchers could be used for various things, tickets, in the shop, in some of the bars etc and there are different computer systems used in each area, hence they had to send out paper vouchers rather than electronic ones. |  | | |

At this moment they are not a lot of use to a great many people but with the expiry date of 31st May there is still the hope/assumption/expectation that there will be chances to use them.
I would think that if it looks like not all ST holders will actually be able to get back to PR by that date then an extension of the date and/or the possibility to use online would be sorted-NOT DEF INFO! |  | | |

They surely could have had a code on them to apply online, like the iFollow code? Or there could've been an option to have electronic ones if you preferred?
It's difficult enough for me to visit the club shop from south London during a pandemic, but for my mate in Lancs it's impossible! | |

They couldn't and make them work on the different systems. That's what I was told was the reason for the paper vouchers anyway. I think it was assumed everyone would be back at Portman Road at some point.
