Always look on the bright side 17:03 - Mar 20 with 454 views | Chocorange | No team above us at the start of play won today. All of them could only draw, so not a disaster. Our players will get more used to what Cook wants from them and his way of play the more time goes on. They have hardly had a training session up to now with sat tues sat tues games. Cook will get to know which players can play his way the best. Our 11 games left only has one against a top half team. Other teams will have to play each other and take points off each other. Keep the faith

Ultimately as you say there will be plenty of points dropped by those around us, it’s firmly in our hands to get into the p/offs and at that point it becomes a lottery. We do need to do our bit though and start winning games. We need to put a run together.

not that bothered about teams below us; there's no material difference between 7th and 20th, we just desperately need to close the gap to 6th! we got lucky today with the other results

The problem I can see in your argument is that you need to win games consistently to get in the top 6 and we aren't doing that.

7 of our remaining 11 games are against the bottom 6. Charlton the only team we have to play in the top 12.

absolutely, it's on us, and any half-decent run of results will see us get in the play-offs. this will be cook's first week on the training ground, it needs to be effective, as we won't have much more time before the end of the season
