I see recruitment is a big minus to their supporters.

With barely any knowledge of BC... what would be the attraction of joining BC over other clubs.

The bit I noticed in that Bristol Post article was
"one of the highest paid CEO's in the Championship"
- I doubt he'd move across the country and down a division for a pay cut!!

Hopefully that's a sign of our ambition rather than just inflated off the field salaries
