Midfield is the big problem in my view, they are not supporting either defence or attack, the midfield look like a bunch of strangers thrown together 5 minutes before the game with no shape or tactics. And, when the tactics are obviously not working there are no tactical changes to try and improve things. All very worrying, we were really spoilt during the Burley/Roberts days when the team would play multiple formations during a game. TWTD's. | | | |

They're not doing what he wants them to, hence his continual shouting from the technical area...short of running on the pitch himself and dragging them about, there's not a lot he can do..... |  |

Trouble is we're not creative but we're also not physically imposing at all, and are utter turd at set pieces.
A good free kick taker would go a long way. Someone consistent, i.e not Judge or Dozzell. And a few more 6ft 2+ players. |  |
