Does anyone know how he played at LB for Colchester?

A fullback pairing of Burns, KVY on the flanks sounds like a lovely set up. But wandered if KVY was comfortable at LB as he is at RB

I remember Colchester fans saying he was class in either position when we signed him. Burns will almost certainly be the right winger in Cook's 4231 though.

Very comfortable there. He didn't just fill in, he's very much suited to either side and played on the left a lot. A fit KVY on the left at Burns on the right sounds promising. What KVY doesn't get enough credit for his how good he is defensively. He's lauded for his attacking intent but he's very strong defensively and positionally. Shame he can't stay fit as I would have no issues whatsoever with him at LB in a 4.

I would imagine Burns will play further forward though, in one of the wide attacking roles with a new right back in behind him.

Left-back was his usual position. Ryan Jackson played right-back.
