Club don't help themselves sometimes. If you go on itfc.co.uk and click "news" in the ticket section there is nothing about next season. A simple explainer story would have helped - sometimes a message needs putting across multiple times. | |

You should have done that already via ticket office website,it's all been advertised.
As I said if you have selected refund it will reduce the amount you pay by DD if you have done nothing it's a donation to the club. | | | |
