Norwood and Nsiala have had them in the past. They have a habit of recurring so not totally surprised. Compared to Saturday Norwood didn't warm up particularly well last night before coming on and that's a big no no with hamstrings. Cook did exactly the right thing in calling him off before it got any worse.
I'm not sure we do get more than our fair share. Season average for injuries is 2 per player. Did we get significantly more than 60 injuries in our squad of 30 last season? Not sure we did.
It just feels like more because you are invested. Can you reliably say you've checked every other clubs hamstring injuries to see what a fair share is? Things always seem worse at your own club, regardless of whether or not that is true.

I have thought about doing some sort of statistical crunch on other teams' injuries. But it would be such a monumental task (trawling through news reports) that I've never had the time.
Might even be worth a PhD for someone studying Sports Science.

This is similar to what I was going to suggest. I believe that hamstring injuries are one of those that will need managing and keep popping from time to time. Let's not forget that Norwood more specifically is off the back of a serious groin problem, fixing one issues often quickly leads to another as movements change etc.
