My view is that the 4231 formation and system is a hard one to implement.

The big failure is having a coaching team with almost zero coaching experience, trying to implement a difficult system.

4231 when we have no control over centre midfield and the number ten might as well get a deckchair considering the amount of time he'll get the ball.
