Didn't ITFC used to have its own credit card? 13:23 - Nov 1 with 564 viewsRyorry

Can't see it on club site, anyone know if it's still going? If so, how would users rate it?

Gonna change, had it up to here with B'card & their customer disservice, literally hours on hold only to get cut off! all because they haven't removed fraud flag from macbook purchase last week, which they were supposed to have done after hours on hold & convo back then.

I had one mid to late 90s, a mate suggested I should use it for pulling purposes, we were in PL at the time. I. E. Claim to be a scout, director or summit, too fat to have claimed to be a player.

Don't recall anything else about it.

You can guarantee that it would have been a big bank with the ITFC branding over it.

Died some time ago didn't it? I think it was MBNA and at the time you could get one for lots of companies or charities.

I'd recommend First Direct (HSBC). Been with them from nearly since the start and rarely have a problem getting through on the phone. Apps are fine, can't compare but have the usual facilities like freeze card which is very useful.

I'm not with First Direct but they are constantly #1 for customer service which considering the problems you (Ryorry) have had with BT and Barclays is probably what you would like the most.

They are really good. I did get a text from them to ask if I didn't recognise a transaction as they suspected it might be fraud but they didn't prevent it from going through, and I had to answer the text with Y or N. I get a text when I go into or then over my overdraft and time to rectify it. Really don't have any complaints with them.
