No excuses. Players are through the door and settled and he’ll have a transfer window to adjust things. Needs to be nudging the playoffs during January and then we’ll see if he can get the players up for the run in and the play-offs. Anything else will be failure ...
Only joking. I think he should get the rest of the season and just needs to show signs of improving us. If we improve enough we’ll be in the play-offs, if it’s not enough then we’ll just have to judge the positives against the negatives. |  |

What I want from a new manager is someone who helps our players progress.
Said it at the time, but a coach who comes in and tells you "I can't work with this group" is a terrible terrible sign. You want someone who comes in and makes what we have better as individuals and as a unit. |  |
