Does he just go back to coaching the U23s?

I very much got the impression that was a smokescreen and he was brought in as interim manager.

Does KMcK bring in his own guys in those development positions? Does that put Dyer's role under threat?

I expect him to go back to a development coach role as intended but if he now departs then it makes it clear he was always brought in to be an interim.

He goes back into the job he was appointed to I expect. I thought the timing was rather convenient, but it’s clear from the search that he wasn’t brought in to be manager, so we have to assume he’s genuinely here to be part of the age group setup.
