I've not seen most of the other teams' matches, but Norwood has had a good run of games under two managers who have used him successfully. 0 goals in 2 league games under Cook. 3 in 3 since.

I'm sure there was a thread, a couple of months back with people basically saying he was Sh!t.

Always been a goalscorer. Misses loads of chances, but can always get a goal.
The team going back to a two striker formation has really helped Norwood remain viable here. Had Cook remained and stuck with his 1 striker formation, I doubt Norwood ever would have played for the senior squad again, as was being said at the time.

Navigated to the correct page several times but still can't find a way of registering a vote, no live links provided? Tried clicking on his pic too.
Link takes you to the Prem options. There's a menu across the top you select EFL L1. You then get the opportunity to vote. circle in each nominees pic.

Get as far as his pic via red banner link at top left, then EFL1, but there's no circle or any other part of his pic to click on. Wonder if it's a Chrome browser thing? (can sometimes refuse to display stuff, I have to use different browser for banking).
Edit - different browser, same problem (though that one did enable voting for Prem players via the 'circle' on profiles, but L1 refuses to display that way - wonder if it's a cookies/adverts disabled thing?).
