At least some of you must be playing 'Elden Ring' - fancy setting up a mutual support group for summons and stuff?

I've been playing, what an incredible game. Only just got past the first couple of bosses after about 30 hours. One thing I'd say though is it feels like the game is so immense that I have to constantly refer to online guides for fear of missing out on stuff...
I haven't summoned anyone yet, apart from the NPCs cos the whole thing seems a bit weird to me (grew up as a solo offline player!) Am I missing out?

Is it a Souls series game? I found those demoralisingly hard and didn’t get past a few hours gameplay.

It's definitely tough, but much less frustrating than other soulsborne games. The fact it's open world means you can explore away and level up before going back to the hard bits.

Are you lot all PS5? I've mostly checked out of gaming since my PS4 got hard bricked.

Seen lots of hype around Elden Ring but last similar game I really loved was probably Fable 2.

	I know that was then, but it could be again..

Yeah ps5. Don't think I could play it on PS4, the loading times after dying would be too frustrating.
