As we learned with Downes (and to some extent Jackson and Judge) keeping players on who want to leave isn't a productive way to create a good team environment, if players want out we should help them move so long as the price is right.
If anyone wants to move on after this season we should absolutely sell them if the deal is right. |  |

Other than losing the plot in the pre-season game immediately after we declined Palace, and getting himself injured for half the season in the process? He was charging around like an absolute animal and he was either getting hurt or sent off, or getting someone else hurt the way he was acting.

You've mis-remembered that one. He got injured in the 4th game of the season, his 3rd appearance as a substitute, after Paul Lambert had already thrown him under the bus by publicly implying he was refusing to play and train. |  |
