It really reminded me of how good the play off's are. The buzz around the ground even as a non supporting fan was great.
Wycombe deserved the win after the 1st 25 minute, restricted MK Dons to very little and stopped them playing. Game on for Sunday night, will be an interesting watch.
I watched Twine quite closely, he strikes a ball really cleanly, but maybe it was last night's game but he isn't the most skilful player I've ever seen, looks he struggles to beat a man with skill and relies on good runs into the box. |  | | |  |

Brilliant aren't they. The Championship playoff final is probably my favourite game in the domestic football calendar. Always seems to be a sunny May day at Wembley, and the prize is so significant. Would like to see a different face in the PL, perhaps Forest or Luton are due a crack. |  |

Saw it on TV last night.
Watching MK was like watching Ipswich at times this season. MK slowly got sucked into playing the sort of game Wycombe wanted and by the end were lucky to get away with losing 2-0.
Think MK will struggle to pull it back in the next leg if I’m honest, given Wycombe will be pulling every trick in the book to slow the game down etc. |  | | |

Watching MK was like watching Ipswich at times this season. MK slowly got sucked into playing the sort of game Wycombe wanted and by the end were lucky to get away with losing 2-0.

TI looked at the stats when i got home, said MK had 52% of the ball which i thought they didn't dominate as they usually do and didn't create anything of not really either.
Vokes was very good last night, the ball stuck to him and he gave their defenders a tough night.
Wycombe were never going to outplay MK Dons if it was a pure football game they had to disrupt their flow.
Bigger pitch at MK Dons, i would think, which will make it a hard game for Wycombe if MK get going. Still very much in the balance, Wycombe need to have a good 1st 30 minutes. | | | |

For the most part, I have been really impressed with MK this season. They do remarkably well when they control the narrative, but, as you say they do not do well when they're the ones having to adapt to another team.
Bit of a shame they have the Milton Keynes history because their football has been really entertaining this season. | |
