Not really. We release academy players every season. You cannot add 12+ academy players to the first team squad each season, you need to select the best.
Clements was our worst full back this season and McGavin was, on merit, behind Harper and El Miz.
It looks like Baggott, Chirewa and Humphreys could transition into the first team squad next season, even if they go out on loan to further their development. [Post edited 13 May 2022 20:51]
