More culture wars to deflect from a policy that is unlawful.
I've seen so many complaints on social media that lawyers/ judges/ECHR is/are interfering with policy when in reality it is the policy that is in contravention of the law that applies in this country. The legal system simply upholds that law.
Not sure his issue to be honest. The UK-EU deal signed by his wobbly headed blonde overlord, commits us to remain a participant in the ECHR.
So the question is whether or not the flight contravenes their human rights. And it clearly does.
But Boris will be on later talking about how they are going to press on with the policy and suggesting he could change the law to "protect the hardworking people of this country"
