He handed in a transfer request end of last season, wanted a move. Plymouth tried to get him to sign a new contract but he didn't want to.

In true ITFC fashion, I'm gonna go all out and be super negative about a signing before he's even kicked a ball.
If you look at his history, he has basically forced a move from each Club so far.
Refused to sign a new contract at Crawley, did the same at Plymouth and was subsequently made available for transfer.
Now, joking aside for a second, this may not be a bad thing for us. It's clear that one of the things we will be doing at some point is selling to bring in funds. If Camara keeps improving as he has done - then he would be an asset we can sell on.
