That's a statement win 17:05 - Sep 3 with 958 views | Steve_M | Not about the football players today, we were quite sloppy in forward areas a bit too often for that but we did the ugly stuff well pretty much throughout. At 75 minutes I was wondering whether it might be a missed opportunity for us but then Chaplin proved his worth yet again. We saw that out fairly comfortably with the only concern that long range shot which didn't look far off. I also thought Barnsley were pretty decent last week, so good to see them showing that again today. I'm looking forward to seeing how quietly Norwood celebrated his goal....

We seem a bit more streetwise, more prepared for the scrap. Some players revel in games like that and Stanley have plenty of them. Good to come though that kind of test, good win that, thought we'd draw. COYB
