Hi all
My 83 year-old Dad, wants me to post a question on here so here goes!
He is a season ticket holder and never missis a game, so he has been to all the games this season and last season when the Pack Out Portman Road ticket offers have been running.
The club says that season ticket holders get vouchers or points to use in the club shop depending on what the attendances were in these games ( I think I'm right so far?!)
What my Dad want to know is ...
1/ how does he know how many points/vouchers he has?
2/ what are they worth when spending in the club shop?
3/ where are they? online, on his season ticket etc?
He knows he obviously has these points to spend in the shop but doesn't know how many points or where to find them or how to use them.
Can you help a confused old man, and confused Son please!!

The ones from last season had to be spent buy a certain time so probably gone.
The ones from this season will be added shortly after the Derby game I reckon.
To check the balance you can just go into Planet Blue and scan his season ticket and they’ll be able to say or you can set his online account up and it gives you the balance.
Each point is worth a penny.
Again, to spend them in the shop they just scan the season ticket and you just have to tell them you want to spend your points, online there’s an option to spend points when completing purchases.

All as previous answer,
just to add appears as Teamcard points top right hand corner after log in
Staff at club shop are excellent and will tell you amount from season ticket,
can be applied wholly or partly to a purchase,which you then get further points on.

Yes. That’s right.
If you log in at https://itfcshop.com - then click ‘my account’ at the top, and it says in a big box at the top something like:
MY ACCOUNT
Reward information
Your balance is 290 TeamCard Points (£2.90)

Rather than spend ours in the shop last season we were able to take the amount off this year’s season tickets.
As we go to a lot of away games, we had about £90 each deducted from our season tickets. |  | | |

Not really adding any value to the conversation, but it's not a bad little system, I guess the club hopes that people don't use them.
I didn't really know how it worked until I got West Ham tickets and realised I could just use my points though, so made me aware of them more. |  | | |
