Any Stephen King fans? 15:14 - Oct 18 with 645 views | RobTheMonk | I've started reading all his stuff in publication order. Just finished The Stand the other night and it was one of the most enjoyable reads I've ever had. Loved every minute of it, bar a pretty weird chapter involving Trashcan Man. I realised that I missed Night Shift out, so reading that at the moment (short story collection). Then on to The Long Walk (Bachman book) followed by The Dead Zone.

Not read anything by King for years, I slightly regret clearing a load of books out in a house move. Misery remains one of the most disturbing books I've read, not one I've ever had much inclination to re-read.

I like your choices! The Mr Mercedes Trilogy has definitely been his best recent work. The Tv series was good too [Post edited 18 Oct 2022 17:28]
