I heard the asylum seekers got off the bus at the Novotel all teary and emotional saying they were so pleased to be in a country with a stable government that looked after its people.

Sadly they then had to be told Rwanda was off and they were still in the UK.

I honestly think of all the lunacy, lies, deceit and non-existent moral compass displayed by this government, Suella Braverman declaring that it was her 'dream' to send asylum seekers to Rwanda is probably the biggest WTF moment of them all.

Especially as she herself is the daughter of immigrant parents. Genuine WTF although at least she didn’t try to hide what she is.
