Watched this last week and realised how lucky we are to have him. Clearly we're all aware what a great job he's done so far, but he will manage at the very top imo.

I watched this and enjoyed it.. You can easily imagine KM clocking up 1000 plus games as a manager.. The first 50 have flown by. And he's still a very young man.
It's hard to believe, sometimes, that he's only been in management a year. He gets so much right. And quite honestly, I wouldn't say he's had the rub of the green , in his first year in charge. Especially on the injury front. But, tbf, he comes across as someone who likes the challenge of the odd kick in the nads. And isn't fazed by the sort of pressure that comes with a club our size, having worked at far bigger clubs before.
We've had a right result getting him in here.

Thanks for sharing.

He oozes quality. Everything he says is smart and carefully considered, a stark contrast from the Lambert days. It made me laugh when he said, 'you can't just keep tellling the players what Ronaldo does to try and improve them' - made me think of Lambert going on about his Dortmund days.

I find myself torn. I want to shout from the rooftops about how amazing McKenna is, but it's more important that we can keep him as our secret for as long as possible.

Completely agree. Really suspect he could be yet another ITFC manager that goes on to manage internationally.

Poll: Is it more annoying when builders

I suspect that if we go up he'll want to give the Championship a good crack; if we don't then it could be a case of 'I've taken them as far as I can'

I could be wrong, and anything can happen in football. But I get the impression that KM is putting so much of his "own stuff" in place here. That, I don't think he'll be satisfied in just moving on without some form of genuine success.. I think he's a decent guy, with time on his side. And I honestly believe he'll try his hardest to repay the faith and support he gets from our club and fans. I'm thinking , at least a promotion and a good crack at promotion from The Championship. And I think, as long as the top brass keep backing him, he'll get us to the Prem', or within an inch of it..
Obviously, by then, there could be some serious vultures circling..
