FA cup tickets 12:42 - Jan 16 with 1681 viewsrustyblue

As a season ticket holder I received an email with instructions to reserve my seat for the fa cup burnley game, following these instructions all i could get was, this page is unavailable, so waited until 10am to purchase my usual seat, would you believe it all in my section seem to be sold including my seat, i was under the impression i would have 48hrs to redeem it, i have now had to purchase a seat in the upper tier which probably belongs to another season ticket holder who is going to be as P----D of as i am. I also notice that as a season ticket holder i could purchase an additional two seats, surely if this is allowed other ticket holders may lose their usual seats.

Sadly, I think lots of people are doing this. The 'reserved seat' is in your tickets section and can be bought from there (if i recall correctly). The club have posted a video on how to buy your Reserved seat. Not as simple as it used to be! I also bought another seat in a panic. Have now asked the club to refund my lack of patience!!

It’s pretty simple to follow really.

You won’t have got another s/t holders seat as the unsold ones won’t be released until 10am Wednesday.

I was having the exact same problem, and starting to panic that we would not be able to purchase our own seats. That was until I was helped by a fellow supporter on here.

Were is the video you refer too, and how was you alerted to it.

Feel sorry for the ticket office staff - tough shift for them today I imagine. Send an email detailing what to do with an easy to follow video and the time you can do it from in big lettering and have probably been inundated all day with people ringing them up complaining the site's broken.

Just because I don't care doesn't mean I don't understand.

Sadly the email with video didn't land in my inbox until after 1.30, but I spotted it on Facebook and that was posted around 10.00 although didn't see that until I had made the mistake. Yes, ticket office were great and problem resolved. I did apologise to them!!
