Not his fault. KM post game 23:41 - Feb 14 with 1562 viewsFrimleyBlue

Sounds similar to some previous managers.

" attitudes can't be questioned"
" tough place to go on a Tuesday night "

Can only answer what's been asked of him.. but when you have the run we have.. it just brings back such bad memories.

They all sound the same when they're not succeeding.

He gave a good interview tonight.

Bit tired of this ‘fine margins’ crap he keeps spouting. We deserve better than fine margins for the level of investment that has gone into the club and squad.

Fans deserve nothing other than entertainment. Supporters get what they put in emotionally, it’s a journey and not a destination. No fan nor supporter paid for this team therefore serving more from the investment makes you sound like an Arizona fireman or Mark Steed - if you are point accepted.

Correct, Rovers are team cobbled together of freebies and youngsters on loan.
We have a 1.5m number 10 sitting on the bench...

I read his comments at 2:30am and had trouble getting back to sleep!

He says they were able to get a draw because they sat back then says he thought they would because of our Morecambe result. Ok great, but we are showing the same lack of urgency that we have for the last several weeks. How does this keep happening?

He mentions our shots but I can’t remember a good one on target. When we have a shot they seem to be straight at the keeper.

Possession means nothing without creating chances. Stop passing it around the back like we’re Man City and get the ball into their box at every opportunity.

Another thing I found odd was leaving Broadhead, Chaplin and Clarke on the bench. They can all hit one from distance.

We can sub half of the outfield players during a game. Why are we not going out all guns blazing? Joey Barton probably can’t believe how easy it was. They got the ball in our box and almost scored from a Walton error. We know exactly how Forest Green will set up. If we go out and play the same way yet again then something is badly wrong.

McKenna has a lot of good qualities but he needs to learn a few lessons and soon.

Truly impaired.

Strange response. Consider we as the 'Royal We' then. We (the club, supporters, owners, investors) deserve a better return than 'fine margins' for the level of investment and resources available at the club.

If we deserve entertainment then those margins need to be widened a bit so we can be entertained.

We wouldn't be averaging nearly 26,000 in L1 if the football wasn't vastly more entertaining than in previous seasons. We just wouldn't. People came in similar, but not quite as high, numbers to watch the Royle sides, who also couldn't defend but also scored plenty.
