Possibly the worst film I have ever had the misfortu e to sit through, I can't recall anything more dire.
A sorry affair from start to finish.

I nearly switched it on earlier.

Maybe I won’t bother now!

Is it a similar type of movie to the John Wick movies, as it's billed as?

Having seen the first John Wick movie, I had no desire to watch any others

Watched this a few weeks ago. First half is enjoyable nonsense, second half doesn't just jump the shark, it jumps multiple sharks.

4/10 overall.

I actually love it. The whole point of the film is to be over-the-top, mindless, sugar-coated nonsense. It's a revenge fantasy that is meant to be more style than substance and that is exactly what it is. I love how bright and vivid and stupid it is.

I saw it in IMAX and it totally delivered, although if you are looking for a serious time, it is never going to scratch that itch. It is based on a Japanese called Maria Beetle and I think its a pretty decent adaptation of that.
