Plymouth’s next Two 17:10 - Mar 4 with 2565 viewsWestSussexBlue

Derby and Barnsley.
We must beat Accrington then hopefully avoid defeat at Bolton.
Do that and we could realistically be 3 points behind them going into a tough run of games for ourselves.

There’s no reason why we can’t go to Bolton and win. They’re a good side with good players, but so are we. Their home form is good, but they’re not on the best run currently. Lost 2 and drawn 1 of their last 4. We’re unbeaten in 7, 4 consecutive clean sheets and now 3 wins on the bounce. I think we can be going there with more optimism than hoping to avoid defeat.

Need 3 points on Tuesday first. Morsy coming through it without a yellow and hopefully no new injuries (and Davis fit).

I'd bet Davis will be rested for Tuesday even if not considered too bad. Fingers crossed. He's a key player for us.

Fingers crossed indeed. Would be great to go to Bolton with the same starting XI as today.

Agree to an extent but to be fair our clean sheets have come from MK, Forest Green and Burton.
I’d be ecstatic to come away from there with Three points and if we’ve also beaten Accrington then we really are back in the auto hunt.
Bolton have to arrest their downturn in form and I feel to heavy weights will end the game settling for a point a piece.

We’ve certainly had a nice run of fixtures but Burton are no mugs and they came to us in very good form. They had taken more points since Christmas than we had before today.

I don’t fear Bolton. A good side for sure, but we’re above them for a reason. I can’t recall a single league game this season where we’ve been 2nd best over the course of the game, and I would include Plymouth away in that where I thought we deserved a point.

Barnsley and Derby dropping points today was very good in the context of us rooting for them against Argyle...

Charlton did not manage a hot on target today at Plymouth.

I didn't think asking Bonne to score a hat trick was too much to ask but clearly it was.

Truly impaired.
