my view was obscured by the crossbar, but given bloke had got in front of Leif I was concerned.

Anything in it?

Looked like a pen to me. Seen them given time and time again, and wasn’t too dissimilar to the one given on Ladapo for the red card.

Charlton commentators were convinced, took a dive I thought.

The only Muff in Town.

One of the few bits that didn't lag for me. I looked like an obvious dive. For context, Chaplin getting tripped the other week seemed like a much stronger penalty shout, and I thought that one shouldn't have been given (it wasn't).

My thoughts at the time were we were a bit fortunate to get away with that. The way he went down probably worked against him - was a bit of a flop to the ground.

Just because I don't care doesn't mean I don't understand.

Agreed. The theatrics probably convinced the ref not to give it. That and the fact we hand-picked the ref of course..

Edmundson thought he was looking for it....and I tend to agree. Got ahead of Davis and was looking for any kind of contact. But seen them easily given. And I wouldn't have been too surprised if Woolf had been given a red card for handball stopping a one on one. Would have been harsh, but if adjudged as deliberate handball - their player was through and I've seen those given. But that's why we pay these refs handsomely.
