Nearest I can see on there is "Charitable Requests: reception@itfc.co.uk". Not quite what she's after - she runs a charity that petitions public places to have baby changing facilities, so not quite a "charitable request" as such, and I'd rather have a direct name of someone who might entertain such a thing rather than it just going to reception.

I'm not sure the Foundation is the right point of contact, but nice idea. Probably stadium manager or one of their team would be more accurate.
