Looks like the Floodlight upgrade and the new Sky Studio aren't gonna be ready for tomorrow. Floodlights are all up but don't look like they're adjusted etc, unless LED floodlights just look that way. Better hope for a sunny day, as the TV guys won't like a gloomy day without the top-up from the floodlights!
Platform for the TV studio is there, but the 'box' (imagine it'll be pre-fabbed and craned in) isn't.
Pretty sure these were both planned for completion for the Fulham match.
In any case, bigger things to be interested in at the mo, but might interest some.

I always thought he’d said after the Fulham game. Doesn’t seem like that studio will be needed until November at the earliest though, unless Town TV use it.
For the Villa game, we’re on before Spurs v Yanited so they’ll broadcast from old Trafford.
Have we had more floodlights installed too (along stadium roof) or just upgraded current ones? |  | | |

There were people up on the floodlights still working on them at 17:30 yesterday evening.
Doesn’t matter so much about the TV studio as not needed tomorrow - got to be ready for the Villa game really if they have a studio team down here, but probably won’t. [Post edited 30 Aug 2024 13:07]

I've not seen anyone on the side-stand roofs over past couple of weeks, but may just have missed it (not in the office every day).
We'll find out soon enough, but it's been interesting to see the works progress over the summer from a birds-eye-view. [Post edited 30 Aug 2024 13:13]

They came on for the TV coverage, they aren't needed normally till it gets dark. | | | |
