That felt the case last season to be fair, only we were able to offset that by scoring freely at the other end.
Difference this season is, we are going to be punished mercifully at the back and not afforded as many scoring opportunities at the other end.

Does look a bit ominous when West Ham start moving it forwards quickly. Think we've done alright but put ourselves on the back foot a bit with a couple of silly moments of our own creation (Muric/Morsy poor passes and Muric almost getting caught out coming off his line) and it gave them a bit of encouragement to be a bit braver and get at us more, which we've paid the price for. |  |

It's the forward players losing the ball to easy.
Same happened against Fulham and Liverpool, you allow the opposition to nick the ball and then break at pace so your team are running back making it difficult to defend | |

We do our best to gift goals away at times.
We can't have that you score two we'll get three attitude this year. Watching on Optus Sport, Tony Gale (who has been kind at complementing us) points out thar playing bravely out from the back has crossed over into stupidity at times. Can only agree. | | | |
