I thought he showed some good skill but I don't think he was any more effective than he generally is on the right. You have to remember the level of opponent he is up against. It is useful that he can play left too, though. |  |

Personally (and I was there) that was a standard 6/10 performance by Burns. I'd love to see him play in his best position for Wales. Brooks although excellent for 20mins offered nothing after that and a swap in sides would have been interesting.
Can only remember one pull back apart from the one where he should have taken the shot himself. | |

Yes the level of opponent is an important factor. Both Burns and Hutch looked fantastic in the Championship. Reproducing that immediately in the Prem is a tough ask, but Montenegro aren't of that standard. They've failed to get a single point so far from a group that doesn't look at all scary. The Wales team itself is a fairly even split between Prem and EFL. |  | | |
