Quarter of a season still to go. on 18:46 - Feb 23 with 1308 views | LA_Tractor_Boy | Unfortunately they won't. Maybe if other teams were involved in the relegation battle, but we can only catch Wolves and realistically they are going to reach 35+ points.
Quarter of a season still to go. on 18:54 - Feb 23 with 1270 views | blueasfook | What makes you think we'll win against Utd? Yeah they're doing poorly but we're worse. Season's over bud.

Quarter of a season still to go. on 19:00 - Feb 23 with 1217 views | Vaughan8 | We are the gift that keep on giving. West Ham, Palace, Man City, Southampton, Spurs. In poor form and we just barely touch them (other than Southampton).
Quarter of a season still to go. on 19:06 - Feb 23 with 1180 views | jasondozzell | So do I! Never write off KM and these players. It's beginning to be do or die and I think they'll step up again. Win at United and it's game back on.
Quarter of a season still to go. on 19:28 - Feb 23 with 1119 views | LankHenners | Mathematically doable obviously but we need to gain 6 points over Wolves. Looking at our respective remaining fixtures I just don't see that happening, even if we beat them.

However, if we did get a win on Wednesday, we need to follow it up with at least another couple in the following matches, even if Wolves do flunk an extremely favourable run of fixtures. But who knows, football is a wonderful game!

We concede over two goals a game and score less than a goal a game. It doesn’t add up for us to go on a miracle run to survival. But much crazier things have happened in sport…. Maybe. COYB

Quarter of a season still to go. on 19:41 - Feb 23 with 1040 views | EuanTown | We are not catching wolves. The best we can finish is third bottom. We have to beat their results we already blown the first game. Our home from is abysmal. 5 points is a third of our current total over 3/4 of the season it ain't happening | | | | Login to get fewer ads
Quarter of a season still to go. on 19:45 - Feb 23 with 1026 views | Blue_Heath | why? Truth is we were never going to stay up given the gulf, even recent prem sides Saints and Leicester are miles off it. Accept it, I can't wait for no more VAR and Tuesday/Saturday footy again. Other than FA Cup season is over.
Quarter of a season still to go. on 19:55 - Feb 23 with 996 views | SWBlue22 | I think we are probably hoping that Man City get a stupid points deduction. That's our only hope even then I think we might struggle.

If we're in a position where beating Wolves draws us level at the very least then it's on but I fear it could be all but done before we get to that match. As you say we don't score enough and concede too easily. Don't want to completely give up hope but just hard to see how we get out of this mess now.
