He's pleaded not guilty, hence it's going to trial. Two-year delay is comparatively short compared to the time a lawyer friend of mine told me some of his clients have had to wait. |  | | |

Might have been 'drunk antics' as it was put, but if someone was injured, 'he was just drunk' shouldn't be a reason to not prosecute if there was a crime.
