I'm off to see them on Saturday and I can't bloody wait!

Anyone else going?

And yes, I know its edgy and cool to diss these gigs, but I don't care.. I'm a huge fan.

RIP Sir Bobby

I couldn't get Wembley but Cardiff isn't too far for me.

Enjoy!

Decent back catalogue, but ancient history now and in it for paying the bills which is the least rock and roll thing ever.

The only Muff in Town.

Yeah I'm doing three nights (Manchester and Wembley x2).

Should be fun!

You too!

I can't decide whether to try and avoid Friday completely or if it's inevitable that I'll eventually cave and watch some before the Wembley gig...

Noel has more than enough dosh so I don't reckon it's solely financial. As he says, it's a lap of honour for the band.

Absolute nonsense. All of them, even the non-Gallaghers, are absolutely loaded.

Trust the process. Trust Phil.

I'm definitely avoiding any noise about opening night.

I just have to stay of socials for 24 hours.

RIP Sir Bobby

Got tickets to see them in November so just keeping everything crossed they don’t fall out before then!

I’m sure they’ve lived a very frugal lifestyle of course, but one can never have too much dosh

That's a bit different to your assertion that they're just "in it for paying the bills".

Trust the process. Trust Phil.

More cash, pay the bills same difference. Either way rock and roll moved on many years ago

Just live your best life and enjoy what you enjoy. I’ve seen them twice - ‘05 at MK, ‘09 at Wembley. Their performances on the night were not amazing, however they did not need to be as their setlist is unbelievable. Good or bad, they’re a band that is great to see live if you get the chance.

I saw Linkin Park at Wembley on Saturday who were excellent
