I think that perhaps McKenna, especially at this level, is an excellent manager and set a strong baseline for other managers to aspire to achieve.

Two years on and I think that's exactly what's happening. We're seeing some very good, young managers coming through.

We evolve again and I'm here for the ride.

Well, all I have to say to that is . . . If you can keep your head when all around you have lost theirs, then you probably haven't understood the seriousness of the situation.
