From the TV angle there looked to be a semi-decent distance between the defender and Akpom at the point at which he went down.
As others have pointed out, though, the lack of reaction from the Bristol players was probably the key take-away. | |

Very close to the crowd as well and they didn't seem to react. They would, quite rightfully, have gone crazy if that was a dive. | |
