It reminds me of every game. We never get too up or too down. Keep it calm, follow the process, don’t let emotion get in the way. I don’t know whether it’s the best approach averaged out over the season (it could well be), but as a fan sometimes you want someone to show a bit of bite, urgency and emotion. Agree. A couple of years ago we had leaders and characters who wanted to take McKs logic on board but also wanted to win over everything.
Now we have loads of £15m players who wander round expecting to on reputation. It will be a miracle if this lot go up. They are good enough but don' want it and don't all click. |  |
