I would be very surprised if we go into the weekend without an appointment. A lot of sudden shifts in the betting odds. Now, whist odds alone only reflect betting patterns, usually sudden swings with multiple bookmakers involving multiple candidates usually aligns with something being close.

It’s less about us being impatient.. and more we need to start recruiting!!?? on 19:57 - Jun 16 with 412 viewsunstableblue

We need 10 players and to spend between £160-200m… we need someone this week to get that process started.

Yes we’ll have lots of targets - but they ain’t being signed off without our new leader!!

OGS/ GON just moved in because a few journalists stated they were in the frame and therefore people bet on them.

People are just guessing.

Gary O'Neil was 1/2 last week.
Barry Murphy got backed in from 33/1 to 6/1.
Knutsen was the short favourite early in the week.

Mckenna was 1/5 to join Fulham this time last week.

They really do mean nothing. Very few people get more fast information than the likes of Ornstein/ Jacobs etc so the days of people getting the info ahead of time are gone.
